In partnership with Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley, ABB Robotics and Sommers Grippers we have installed in our showroom in York a Robot Demonstration Cell.
The cell is available for demonstrating the flexibility of robotic systems and the latest safety devices.
The cell generally comprises of the following:-

Current Projects.....
Robotic Trimming Cell
This cell is based on a six axis robot that is programmed to trim the excess moulding waste on a large range of shapes and sizes of a domestic bathroom product. This cell would also be capable of trimming other types of composite, laminated or vacuum formed products.
Robotic Tray De-erecting Cell
This system is designed to automatically close in sequence the sides of washed supermarket collapsible trays prior to stacking.
